About Younglife Capernaum

Forward Church is proud to present Younglife Capernaum, the youth ministry program focused on serving young individuals with disabilities in the Capernaum neighborhood. As a vibrant part of the community and society, we strive to create an inclusive environment where every young person feels loved, accepted, and has the opportunity to grow in their faith.

Our Mission

At Younglife Capernaum - Grace Fellowship Church, our mission is to share the extraordinary love of Jesus with young people who have disabilities. We strive to provide a safe space where they can enjoy fulfilling friendships, engage in fun activities, grow spiritually, and develop a personal relationship with Christ.
